I had a really great experience here thanks to one of their great employees. Rachelle. She was super helpful from the get go. I originally went just thinking I would look and get some ideas, but she greeted us immediately and proceeded to help us redesign our flowerbeds. She was very knowledgeable and patient which was great since I don’t know much about plants. We walked around and looked at several options and then she came up with a design that would be easy for my landscaper to do. She made sure everything was ready and we coordinated a time so my landscaper could go by to pick everything up. She had great communication and text me along the way to make sure things went as planned. After that part was done, she helped select flowers and plants for 7 pots. Everything turned out so wonderful that shortly after we finished, we were awarded with the yard of the month for our HOA. My landscaper said they were friendly and easy to work with and felt like they had a great selection. I am very happy with how everything turned out and I’m so grateful for Rachelle’s assistance and wisdom along the way. If you stop in, be sure and ask for her!

Stopped by to browse the selections thinking it was “normal” garden center and was amazed by the selection, they have 7 acres. Brandon was super helpful in helping me find what I was looking for and working w/in my budget. He even gave me a gift for the wife (pot not included, lol)

We went to Moon Valley Frisco this morning where we were immediately greeted by Chase who listened to what we needed, put us into a golf cart and took us straight to a row of beautiful Japanese maples. He was attentive without the dreaded “hard sell” approach and was patient while I looked for additional plants and planters. He made recommendations for fertilizer and root stimulator but again, no hard sell. He made sure we were planting our chosen plants in the right places for sun, water, etc. We have definitely found our new go to for all things landscaping and working with Chase was a Top 5 lifetime customer service experience. A rare gem in today’s world!!!

We had an excellent experience with Matthew Chavez at Moon Nursery in Frisco. Matthew and his crew planted a Purple Plum tree for us, and the entire process was extremely professional from start to finish. Matthew was very informative and took the time to educate us on the best placement and setting for the tree to ensure it thrives long term. He provided thoughtful recommendations, answered all of our questions, and clearly knows his craft. The crew was professional, efficient, and respectful of our property. We truly appreciated the attention to detail and level of care throughout the project. Highly recommend Matthew Chavez and the team at Moon Nursery Frisco for anyone looking for knowledgeable and professional landscaping service!

Moon Valley Nurseries on Coit Rd in Frisco just finished installing three large trees and 20 assorted plants at our home. The entire process was seamless from start to finish. It started with Brian Johnson at the nursery. He asked the right questions to understand our goals and created a solid architectural layout. He bridged the gap between our initial ideas and a professional plan, and his oversight remained consistent throughout the project. Matthew Chavez and his crew handled the execution. They hand-dug every hole through tough Texas clay, then expertly placed and staked the trees. They followed Brian's layout to the letter, ensuring every plant was positioned for maximum impact. What really stood out was the team's operational discipline. They maintained strict safety protocols—hard hats and all—and kept a professional, organized worksite. It's rare to see this level of attention to detail and safety in residential landscaping. Thanks to Brian and Matthew, our yard is officially the talk of the neighborhood. We couldn't be happier with the results.
